DO YOU DO SCOOTER SERVICING AND REPAIR?

Yes we do.
All servicing of scooter and electric wheelchairs is done in our shop. we do not believe a mobility scooter can be properly serviced in the back of a van.
Your scooter or electric wheelchair will be collected, returned to the shop for servicing. The batteries will be tested, this is a long process, taking several hours, the scooter will be inspected for frame damage, faults and corrosion, seat mechanism, suspension etc will be lubricated. The item will be cleaned on the outside and the inside (mobility scooters), upholstery check for damaged stitching etc.Tyre pressures will be corrected, and tyre damage or wear will be noted. Wheel bolts checked/tightened as necessary etc.
Repairs are carried out initially with a comprehensive inspection of the item to find all damaged or faulty parts. A price will be given to the customer, as accurate as is possible. On occasion, especially when a vehicle has been involved in an accident, further damaged components are found on disassembly of the scooter/powerchair.
you will be notified as soon as possible in on these occasions.
